A Practical 2-Hour Webinar
Understand what evidence counts — and how to use it effectively.
In disciplinary enquiries, grievances, and workplace disputes, outcomes often turn not on what actually happened, but on what can be proved and how evidence is presented.
Many employers and managers struggle with questions such as:
• What evidence is admissible?
• How much weight should be given to different types of evidence?
• How do you deal with conflicting versions?
• What standard of proof applies in workplace proceedings?
This practical 2-hour webinar is designed to demystify the law of evidence as it applies in the workplace, and to equip managers, HR practitioners, and IR professionals with a clear understanding of how evidence should be gathered, assessed, and presented in disciplinary enquiries and other workplace processes.
The focus is on practical application, not legal theory.
