The end of the year brings with it the complicated task of processing the leave entitlement and leave benefits of employees, including the calculation of leave pay and leave enhancement pay. Understanding and applying the complex rules and legislation governing these calculations may prove to be daunting for Pay Roll and Human Resources staff.

Presenter
The course will be facilitated by Gordon Angus, Executive Director of SAEFA and Director of GA& and Gia Freese, Associate at GA&A. Between them, they have 30 years’ experience in industrial relations and have trained and guided many companies in the implementation of effective discipline and are vastly experienced in chairing disciplinary enquiries and resolving disputes at the CCMA and bargaining councils.
